When you submit the free health check form or book a call, we collect what you enter — typically a USDOT number, company name, your name, email, and phone. We also receive basic request metadata (timestamp, IP) from our hosting provider.

We do not ask for, store, or process driver PII, payroll, banking, or load-level operational data on this site.

We use what you submit to follow up about your authority, recommend factoring, insurance, ELD, and compliance providers that fit your operation, and stay in touch as deadlines approach. We don't sell your information.

When we refer you to a partner (factor, agent, compliance service), we share only what's needed to make the introduction, and only after you've asked for it.

Form submissions are delivered to M8 LLC over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in our backend. The site is hosted on Lovable's platform; backend data services and authentication are provided by Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). These are platform capabilities — not an independent certification of M8 LLC.

Only M8 LLC personnel with a working need can access submission data. The internal admin area is gated by email/password authentication with role checks; public self-registration is disabled.

We keep submissions while you're an active or prospective contact, plus a reasonable archive period for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we'll confirm once it's done.

We use minimal first-party analytics to understand which pages help carriers. We don't run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.

M8 LLC is an independent referral advisor, not a regulated financial institution or insurance carrier. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR certification. If your carrier program requires specific contractual terms, reach out and we'll discuss what we can sign.
