I've spent 15 years in trucking. Most of it on the dispatch and management side, working with everyone from one-truck owner-operators to fleets of fifty. I've sat in the chair when a new authority calls panicking because they delivered three loads and can't make payroll. I've also sat on the other side, watching a sharp operator grow from one truck to twelve because they got the basics right in year one.

M8 LLC is the most direct version of what I've been doing for free for years — pointing new carriers at the factors, agents, compliance services, and tools that actually work, and warning them off the ones that don't. I get paid a referral commission by those providers. Carriers don't pay me a cent. That's the only arrangement that lets me say "this one's not a fit, try the other one" without it costing either of us.
